Reading

Please try to read for at least twenty minutes every day. Challenge yourself by reading a range of genres. You could even finish reading our class story: Pig Heart Boy.

 

Maths

Login to Times Tables Rockstars (ttrockstars) and keep practising your xtables. Can you improve your high score? Keep an eye out for battlers with other classes.

Complete a maths puzzle or investigation (Nrich).

 

Topic

As part of our ‘Mexicocoa’ topic, we would like you to complete a research project on the Mexican festival: Day of the Dead. This could be a factfile, a leaflet or a PowerPoint.

 

PE/Physical Activity

Make sure that you are doing some kind of physical activity every day – make the most of the sunshine and get out into the garden.

Alternatively, The Body Coach (Joe Wicks) is offering a daily PE lesson (available on YouTube).

 

Family Time

Make the most of spending time with your family. You could do some baking, play a board game or go for a long walk together J
