Safeguarding and Wellbeing

Wren Park is committed to promoting the Safety and Welfare of all our children. Where there is a concern it is important this shared appropriately as your information can be important in identifying where a child is at risk and support is needed. If a parent / member of the public is concerned about a child then they are asked to share their concern with school.

Photographs and Social Media Do's and Don’ts

  • We have several children whose whereabouts and identity must be kept away from people who might cause them harm.

  • The Governing Board does allow parents and carers to take photographs and recorded images of their child during school events.

  • Do not share images through Social media sites including Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook or other such sites.

  • The Governing Body does not allow children to use mobile phones and recording devices within school or at school events unless they are part of a public event where they are accompanied by an adult.

  • At Wrenstock50 the Governing Board is allowing photographs and recorded images to be made but they MUST not be posted online.
