Safeguarding and Wellbeing
Wren Park is committed to promoting the Safety and Welfare of all our children. Where there is a concern it is important this shared appropriately as your information can be important in identifying where a child is at risk and support is needed. If a parent / member of the public is concerned about a child then they are asked to share their concern with school.
If you have any concerns about the Safety or wellbeing of any child at school please contact the Designated Safeguarding Lead in school (Mr. A. Buckley) or Deputy Safeguarding Lead (Mrs. R. Panteli) within school hours. 01332 512732.
If you have serious concerns out of school hours please contact Social Care on 01332 641172 and ask to speak to the Duty Officer.
Alternatively you can contact NSPCC for advice on 0808 800 5000 or via the internet email@example.com
Photographs and Social Media Do's and Don’ts
We have several children whose whereabouts and identity must be kept away from people who might cause them harm.
The Governing Board does allow parents and carers to take photographs and recorded images of their child during school events.
Do not share images through Social media sites including Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook or other such sites.
The Governing Body does not allow children to use mobile phones and recording devices within school or at school events unless they are part of a public event where they are accompanied by an adult.
At Wrenstock50 the Governing Board is allowing photographs and recorded images to be made but they MUST not be posted online.
